The Porking of Your Liberties

The Senate has pushed us up the slippery slope one more step. Just as they have robbed the US Citizens by porking every bill into effective oblivion, they have done the same with the National Defense Act 2011. They have secretly thrown Posse Comitatus right out the window. All under the guise of security and under the veil of terrorism.

Ye silent sheeps being led to slaughter. If the Patriot act which wipes the political back side with the constitution wasn’t enough; allowing U.S. Citizens to be detained indefinitely without due process or ANY process for that matter. If this NEW AND DEPROVED National Defense Act is passed, as it has for the last 48 years in its former state, it will allows the U.S. Military to create a silent Martial Law in the United States. The Military can make anyone disappear and can even use Federal, state and Local prisons to detain ANYONE without even so much as a phone call.

The test of ANY law is to take it to the extremes. If it holds water then it is a good law. If it doesn’t then it is bad and needs to be reworked or abandoned. All someone has to do is point a finger and say, “terrorist” and you can disappear with less process than the Salem witch hunts. Look at how they have made the language mutate. Many drug dealers, even neighborhood marijuana peddlers, who, granted are not my favorite people either, can be arrested and detained without due process or even charges as drug terrorists. “How is that,” you ask? Simple. All they do is say the money went to fund “suspected” terrorist cells.

Got a bullet? You’re the next terrorist. Anyone know if the people of New Orleans got all their weapons back yet from the illegal confiscation after Katrina?

YE SHEEP! And no one is saying a word. This is modern day U.S.! We don’t have to worry. Remember the traffic cams and the uproar it produced? “Oh, they are just for traffic control, adjusting the lights for a better flow of traffic. No one is monitoring them for individual passage.” The next thing you know, they are using them for facial recognition. And even Mainstream TV uses them for tracking events and people. And we’re all fine with that! After all, they’re only tracking “bad people” right?

Remember the AT&T Black box and Bush being caught red handed spying on its own citizens? Why do you think everything went digital? Lucky you, your telephone number now transfers WITH you. Digital communications can be sorted and monitored easier and more rapidly by computers. Your number goes with you because it is easier to track you.

And even Malls are now tracking ALL Cell Phone use and where you walk inside a mall. What? Is that for Terrorist shoppers! Where the hell were they black Friday? The stores were full of them. Oh wait, those were regular shoppers. Right?

What’s the difference? That knock off you bought might be funding a terrorist cell someplace in the world. That would make you guilty wouldn’t it? Didn’t you just become one of those, “bad people”?

Don’t get me wrong. Yes we have a problem. Yes we have terrorist cells working in the U.S. But what happens when they are dealt with? Do you think the government will give up the power and control? Have they ever given any back before? Is it human nature to give up power and control once they have it?

Ya, right. Like NO NEW TAXES.
Wake up sheep! You are getting closer to being assigned a job and a number. Your vote does count and more so, your emails and phone calls. Don’t let them do this to you. To your children. To your grandchildren.

This REVISED law is not the same one passed for the last 48 years outlining just the military budget. It’s the last vestiges of freedom being wisped away in the dark. Before they just voted themselves money and better benefits while we slept. Now they want power too.

Wake up and smell the subtle aroma of control and enslavement!
